C&C Exhibition Series
The City & County Exhibition Series is located at 1437 Bannock Street within Denver’s City & County Building. The work included in the C&C Exhibition Series is displayed in the Jury Selection Room which is on the 4th floor, Room 431.
The C&C Exhibition Series supports local emerging and established artists through two month long exhibitions. We believe the energy created between and by artists is invaluable.
You don’t need a jury summons to view the work! We would love for you to stop by Monday through Friday between 12 and 6 pm. Everyone is welcome!
The Submission Process:
- We accept submissions in October and November only.
- Only Denver-based, 2-D artists are considered. (If you are 3-D artist let us know about your work & your idea for the space & we may be able to work something out.)
- To have your work considered email: 3 to 4 low-resolution jpeg images, a brief artist statement that includes biographical information & information regarding the motivation behind your style/approach to anna@annanewelljones.com. Additionally, if you have a website or other online page/site please include the link.
- Artists are responsible for the installation and de-installation of their work & should be prepared to bring assistants.
- Artists are responsible for creating the tags/signage to accompany their work. Artists are encouraged to hang and/or leave promotional materials to promote themselves and their work.
- Work will be exhibited on 2 month cycles.
- No commission is taken and work is insured while on display.
